ESG is performed entirely through an endoscope. The stomach is sutured from the inside. Nothing is cut away, and there are no external incisions. Very few physicians in Colorado perform it.

Reflux Evaluation and Treatment
Reflux is underdiagnosed and undertreated.
Most surgeons skip the evaluation work and go straight to a treatment. I do not. The workup comes first, because reflux and metabolic health influence each other in both directions, and the right treatment depends on what is actually driving the symptoms.

Her work centers on metabolic disease, reflux, and endoscopic therapy, and she treats those conditions as physiology rather than a matter of willpower. Every plan starts with an evaluation and a plain explanation of what is happening in your body. You will know why a treatment is being recommended before you decide anything.
