Our commitment

Ascend Surgical Alliance is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. We build and maintain this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at level AA.

What we do

• Every page is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone.
• Focus is always visible, so you can see where you are on the page.
• Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against its background.
• Images carry text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced, not only shown in color.
• Headings follow a logical order so the page structure can be navigated.
• Motion is subtle, and it stops entirely if your device asks for reduced motion.
• The site works at small screen sizes without side to side scrolling.

Where we may fall short

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one time check. Parts of this site are still being built out, and content is added over time. If something here does not work for you, that is a defect we want to know about.
